Transneft’s pumping falls 13.8% to 33 mln tns of oil in February

MOSCOW, Mar 1 (PRIME) -- Crude shipments through the transportation system of Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft fell by 13.8% on the year to 33.059 million tonnes in February, and are expected to rise to 36.188 tonnes in March, Igor Dyomin, adviser to the company’s president, told reporters on Monday.

Pumping of Russia-produced oil fell by 15.5% to 31.646 million tonnes in February, and is projected at 34.665 million tonnes in March.

Oil supplies to the Russian refineries fell by 8.2% to 18.57 million tonnes in February, and are expected at 20.47 million tonnes in March.

Oil pumping via the Druzhba export pipeline dropped by 63.2% to 2.56 million tonnes in February, and are projected at 2.73 million tonnes in March. Delivery to the Belarusian refineries more than tripled in February to 1.08 million tonnes and are expected at 1.24 million tonnes in March.

Exports to China through the Eastern Siberia–Pacific Ocean oil pipeline and the territory of Kazakhstan went down by 6.5% to 2.94 million tonnes in February, and are seen at 3.21 million tonnes in March.
